Objectives:
We were tasked with creating a user-friendly and functional website for the restaurant business representing the world’s largest chain of Georgian restaurants, Khinkalnia. The main goal of the project was to provide customers with the ability to easily find the nearest restaurant, view menus, book tables, and order food delivery online. In addition, the website was to become a powerful tool for promoting the franchise network.
Solution:
For this project, we chose to develop a WordPress website using multisite functionality. This allowed us to create a single admin panel for managing several sites in different countries, such as Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia. Each version of the site has localized content and supports several languages (including English), which is key for an international franchise. This solution is ideal for restaurant owners who want to manage their website in a centralized and easy way.

- Market research: We conducted a detailed analysis of the target audience and competitors in the field of website development for restaurants. This helped us to identify the main needs of customers and requirements for functionality.

And special and at the same time the same for the chain’s restaurants in different countries, which provides convenience for customers and increases the efficiency of the restaurant business.
- Support: Ongoing support and additions to the site at the request of the client, which allows you to quickly implement new features and adapt the site to new business needs.
