Solonko Sovyak dental clinic approached us with the task of creating a website that would effectively present their services, improve the convenience of making an appointment, and increase brand trust. The goal was to create an intuitive and modern resource where patients can find all the necessary information about doctors, procedures, and prices, as well as conveniently make an appointment online.
Solution.
We developed a WordPress-based website with a modern design and useful functionality for patients. The key goal was to make the site not only informative but also user-friendly, with the ability to quickly find relevant services and easily make an appointment with a doctor.
Key project milestones
- Market and competitor research: Analysis of dental clinics and their websites to determine the basic requirements for design, functionality, and user experience. This helped to determine that the website should be simple, user-friendly, and have high-quality information about the clinic’s services.
- Prototyping: Based on the data obtained, we created a prototype of the site, including sections with information about services, a questionnaire for making an appointment, as well as blocks with descriptions of doctors and customer reviews.
- Design: The website design was developed in a modern style using brand colors. We paid special attention to the ease of navigation for users.
- Development: During the development, an online registration form was integrated, allowing patients to make an appointment with a dentist directly from the website. We also implemented an adaptive design for ease of use on different devices.
- Technical support: After the launch of the site, we provided ongoing technical support to ensure the correct operation of the site, including regular updates and improvements to the functionality.
