Josera Ukraine is the official online store selling dog and cat food: a full range of Magento development, support and updates.

Project objectives

In 2024, Josera faced the need for a large-scale upgrade of its Magento e-commerce platform. The main goals of the project:

  • Redesign in accordance with the brand book, client’s wishes, and modern UX/UI principles.
  • Adaptability – a convenient user experience on all types of devices.
  • Shopping cart optimization – improved integration with the delivery service, new reference books, stable operation at peak loads, etc.
  • A bonus system to increase customer loyalty.
  • Fast ordering – subscription and the “buy in 1 click” function.
  • Infrastructure and security – flexible server architecture and implementation of data protection solutions.

Solution.

To achieve the project goals, the following solutions were implemented:

  • Deep integration with delivery – uninterrupted order processing even during peak periods, using new reference books and API services.
  • Website redesign – updating the color scheme, typography, and UI elements in accordance with the brand book and the principles of modern UX/UI.

  • Bonus system – a mechanism for accumulating points for purchases with the possibility of exchanging them for discounts has been introduced.
  • Subscription system and “1 click” – simplify repeat orders and increase user experience.
  • Magento performance optimization – improved site performance, stable operation under load, caching and query optimization implemented.
  • Infrastructure and security – we implemented solutions for data protection and stable server operation.
