Objectives.
Our team received a request to create a modern and functional website for Agrus, a company that specializes in conducting trainings and courses in public speaking. The goal was to create a convenient resource for potential customers where they could learn about services, courses, trainers, and sign up for trainings.
Solution.
For this project, we chose the WordPress platform, which allows us to create a responsive website with an online registration function, information about trainings, course programs, and feedback from participants. The key goal was to provide a user-friendly interface that allows users to quickly find information about available courses and trainers, as well as easily register for classes.
Key project milestones
- Market research: First, we assessed the target audience and analyzed competitors in the field of public speaking training. This allowed us to collect requirements for the site’s functionality and identify key user needs: access to information about trainings, the ability to register online, and meeting coaches.
- Prototyping: At this stage, we developed the website’s wireframes, including the main sections: “About Us, Trainings, Coaches, Testimonials, and Contacts. Particular attention was paid to creating a logical structure that would provide convenient access to all information and integration with course registration forms.
- Design: A modern and professional design was developed for the website, emphasizing the company’s image as experts in the field of public speaking. A separate system for displaying training programs with the ability to filter by dates and types of courses was implemented, which significantly improves the ease of navigation.
- Development: The website has an integrated registration system for trainings and courses, which allows users to quickly sign up for events. The site also has a feedback form and a news subscription system for receiving updates on new trainings. In addition, the site is equipped with a responsive design that makes it easy to use both on computers and mobile devices.
- Support: After the launch of the website, technical support was provided, which included monitoring the site’s performance, updating content, and the ability to adapt to new business requirements (for example, adding new courses or trainers).

- Online registration for courses: Thanks to the integrated registration form, users can easily sign up for trainings by choosing the date, time, and type of course. This is much more convenient and efficient for participants.
- Information about trainers: The site contains detailed profiles of trainers, their experience and qualifications, which allows users to choose the most suitable course based on the professionalism of the teacher.
- Participant feedback: An important part of the site is the section with testimonials from training participants, which helps build trust in the company and its services, and serves as a social proof tool for new clients.
- Responsive design: The website was optimized for easy viewing on any device (computers, tablets, mobile phones). This allows users to register and familiarize themselves with the course programs anywhere.
